嗨，我叫春杰，也可以叫我 Chase。平时做软件，最近在琢磨怎么把 AI 用到真实项目里，也在尝试做一些自己的小项目。

Hi, I'm Chunjie. You can also call me Chase. I work in software, and lately I've been exploring how to use AI in real projects while trying out a few small projects of my own.

比起只关注某一种技术，我更喜欢研究一个问题从需求、业务到最终实现应该怎么落地。

最近把更多时间放在 AI Coding、Agent、软件交付提效，以及一些自己的小项目上。

I work in software and have experience in testing, development, product, and project work. Rather than focusing on a single technology, I enjoy figuring out how to take a problem from requirements and business needs through to implementation. Lately, I've been spending more time on AI coding, agents, improving software delivery efficiency, and small projects of my own.

  • 在真实项目中实践以规格驱动（SDD）为核心的研发方式，覆盖需求、开发、测试到项目管理的完整流程。

    Practicing a spec-driven development (SDD) approach in real projects, covering the full cycle from requirements and development to testing and project management.

  • 推动部门 AI 能力建设与岗位转型，把可复用的技能和工作流沉淀下来，逐步融入团队日常工作。

    Developing AI capabilities and driving role transformation within the department, while building reusable skills and workflows and gradually integrating them into the team's everyday work.

  • 持续尝试新的产品和技术项目，从想法出发，把有意思的东西真正做出来。

    Exploring new product and technology projects, starting from ideas and turning interesting ones into something real.
